MY FAMILY - 1927 My Granny was born in 1927. Her parents

were born in 1901 and 1907. When my grandmother was my age, she did not have electricity. They did not have running water or an electric stove, a refrigerator or indoor plumbing.

She used ice blocks to keep food cold (icebox) and cooked on a coal/wood stove. She used a oil lamp for light and a mule and wagon for transportation. She used an outhouse like I use when I go camping!
