Just because you’re an emperor doesn’t mean you’re nice. Zheng fought to be emperor, it wasn’t like an election. Zheng was the first emperor but DEFENETLY NOT the best one. He was very cruel, selfish and I bet many people didn’t like him. He would have killed them if they told him which is very unfair! 

Bad ZhengZheng was a cruel man. He wanted to destroy any ideas that were not his own, so he destroyed books that did not have him included in them. He was very selfish, some of these ideas could have been good ones. Zheng also forced people to do things for him. He forced many people to build the great wall for him, they would have been killed if they didn’t. They had no choice but to do what he said or they would die.

 

Weird ZhengBeside cruel Zheng was, weird weird, weird. Have you ever heard of lead poisoning? Zheng drank it. He thought it would make him live longer but it only made him crazy. It was VERY DUM of him to drink lead I bet he got sick a lot.

 

Terracotta WarriorsZeng built a tomb full of life-sized Terracotta Warriors to protect him in his after life. These Terracotta Warriors were made of a type of clay called terracotta. These days people don’t believe a clay army can protect you in your after life. Each Terracotta Warrior is a portrait of each warrior in Qin army. If you go to see these clay warriors you can know what the Qin army looked like. It's a wonderful sight to see. After Zeng died the Terracotta Warriors weapons were stolen by grave robbers. These weapons were real, when they were stolen they were replaced with clay [ terracotta ] ones. Medal was really valuable back then. That's probably why the weapons were stolen.

Emperor ZhengYou see, Zheng was very cruel and selfish. Even if he was the first emperor and has a title, he may have been the worst emperor to ever live.
