Ivor and the Great Rescue

• Once there was a building site. And in the building site worked a man called Ivor.

• Ivor was a very good builder and was very nice to the other workers.

• He is a very clever workman as he always wears his hard hat, thick trousers, big boots and florescent jacket.

• One day there was a new worker at the building site. Ivor spotted that he was not wearing all his saftey equipment!

• “Oh no I must do something,” thought Ivor, “Or something really bad could happen.” As Ivor ran to get spare boots, florescent jacket, helmet, and thick trousers he saw that a pile of rubble was about to fall on the new worker!

• Ivor ran up and gave the new worker the saftey helmet and thankfully the new worker (Barney) grabbed the helmet and was saved by Ivor Goodsite the amazing builder.

• Barney the new worker thanked Ivor very much.

• Remember….
