The Cosmopolitan is a mini city within a city. It exudes spirit, a welcome to come and partake, to enjoy, to be pampered, to have your needs met and to have your whims and fancies taken care of. Unlike many Las Vegas resorts, The Cosmopolitan focuses on the overall guest experience and not just the gaming floor, even though the casino includes the latest in state-of-the-art technology. The designers have thought of just about

everything and have carefully created surprises throughout the resort for guests to enjoy.

This is evident upon check-in. The underground parking is set directly below the towers of The Cosmopolitan, so whether in the East Tower or the West Tower, the directional signs make it clear that you are not going to walk very far to reach your room. The garage is festooned with artwork created

by world-renowned street artists, making the arrival very sensory and adding another level of intrigue in an unexpected way. The Front Desk is a series of stations with constantly changing video content, be it a display of floating jellyfish or the spinning of a roulette wheel, it is brilliantly done to alter the look of the check-in area, making the process fun, and it is just a prelude of things to come at this amazing resort.

There is a new resort in Las Vegas. Well not exactly new, it

opened four years ago, but its newness comes with its originality,

creating a unique property, unlike anything in Las Vegas. It is

dramatically prepared and presented sushi, sashimi, and signature dishes, beautifully elevated, prepared and served with unique flair and hospitality.

An entirely new concept from the innovative Chef José Andrés, China Poblano showcases his personal take on Chinese and Mexican cuisines. Noodles and tacos come together in a festive, stylish setting.

A lively and modern French brasserie from Chef David Myers, Comme Ça serves traditional fare with a spin: accessible yet provocative, delicious yet chic. In addition to an impressive wine selection, Comme Ça offers a menu of seasonal handcrafted classic cocktails. Enjoy cocktails while overlooking Las Vegas on Comme Çaʼs breathtaking terrace featuring a distinctive design and striking views of The Strip.

The Restaurant Collection at The Cosmopolitan elevates dining to unheard of levels. It would take a person over a week to try everything and take in the culinary diversity. The resort has everything one could imagine: from gourmet dining to casual snacking, and the eateries are both bundled in a “restaurant row” on the third floor and scattered throughout the resort so one never knows when a gem will appear around the corner. In Alphabetical Order:

The masterstroke of chefs

and restaurateurs, Eric and Bruce Bromberg, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill brings to Las Vegas a food lovers’ heaven. Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill’s menu offers an array of

Let’s begin with the guest rooms: The Cosmopolitan was originally blueprinted to be luxury condominiums on the Las Vegas Strip. It was constructed with premium design, built to last, however the great recession of 2008 forced a rethink and The Cosmopolitan was transformed into a resort. The property has the best location in Las Vegas, right on The Strip between Bellagio and City Center. It is positioned on a mere 8.6 acres of land, so there was no way to build but up, resulting in two massive towers that have some of the largest guestrooms in the industry. Those rooms offer residential-style living spaces featuring various amenities including mini kitchens, room partitions that separate the sleeping area from the rest of the suite and bathrooms that are luxurious and sexy. Some bathrooms are equipped with two-person tubs with water jets and there is a large opening in the wall that brings the bathroom into the suite.

Designed by the world-renowned Rockwell Group, the rooms have an effortless casual ambiance and chic appointments. Plush sectionals, lacquered coffee tables, flat screen HDTVs that deliver a high definition signal, marble appointed bathrooms with fine towels and an in-room technology that makes it easy to adjust lighting, music, and temperature, make it obvious that the attention to detail is thoughtfully considered with every touch. Guests can also make dinner and spa reservations from the room via the remote control. The pièce de résistance, about two thirds of the rooms at The Cosmopolitan have sliding glass doors that open to a spacious terrace that offer incredible views with couches for guests to sit and enjoy fresh air. There is a lot of glass in Las Vegas today, but a floor to ceiling glass door that opens to a large terrace is unheard of on the Las Vegas Strip. There are multiple choices and multiple configurations of rooms and

Holsteins has better burgers and a homegrown attitude. All items – including toppings, buns and condiments – are custom crafted in-house, creating burgers unlike any other.

Chef Scott Conantʼs D.O.C.G. is a new Las Vegas wine bar named after a category of Italian wine called Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita or the highest level of Italian wine origin. D.O.C.G. is a casual rustic Italian restaurant featuring pizza, pasta, steaks and chops, plus a large selection of Italian wines. The design is at once modern and rustic with exposed brick and reclaimed wood.

Touted as one of North America’s finest Greek restaurants, Estiatorio Milos by restaurateur Costas Spiliadis features fine Mediterranean cuisine at its best, serving the freshest, most pristine seafood imported daily. Featuring one-of-a-kind terrace dining, guests enjoy an authentic taste of Greece while overlooking the gorgeous Las Vegas skyline. This restaurant spares no effort in finding the freshest, most delicious fish from around the world and preparing them in the subtlest, most flavorful ways. The terrace at Estiatorio Milos is unlike anything on The Strip. The stylish ambience is complemented by elegant lanterns and features a misting system with individual and private dining options. With seating up to 75, it’s perfect for small private celebrations.

Another José Andrés creation brings the authentic flavor of Spanish tapas to Las Vegas. Jaleo is re-imagined to include the excitement and /spectacle of Las Vegas. A perennial favorite in Washington DC, Jaleo sets the standard for Spanish cuisine.

Featuring casual fare with hints of Riviera chic, Overlook Grill is

an indoor/outdoor dining scene for breakfast or lunch adjacent to Boulevard Pool, the resort’s award-winning pool scene. Offering simple and straightforward American staples, including Red Velvet Waffles along with the signature Overlook Omelet, one could imagine being in a cafe in the south of France. With its strong house-blend coffee, Mimosas and Bloody Marys, Overlook Grill is the perfect breakfast destination. For lunch, try fresh fish tacos or a Mediterranean chopped salad and a signature iced cocktail.

Scarpetta is a modern Italian restaurant by Chef Scott Conant. An Italian expression that means “little

shoe” or the shape bread takes when used to soak up a dish, Scarpetta represents the pure pleasure of savoring a meal down to the very last taste. The restaurant’s menu and design reflect Conant’s earthy yet sophisticated approach to Italian cuisine.

With outposts in New York City, Miami and Los Angeles, STK is a new style steakhouse from The One Group and Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft. The bustling bar scene is the centerpiece, get there early for a pre-dinner cocktail. The menu is inspired, and the atmosphere is relaxed with a sexy vibe created by the in-house DJ. STK is a celebrity hotspot that breaks with tradition, offering a flirty take on

the classic American steakhouse.

Serving old-school revamped classics, The Henry is similar to what was once considered the Gourmet Rooms of Old Las Vegas. This is a late-night haunt, serving 24 hours a day.

A polished, modern Italian coffee

bar with an “It’s All Good” attitude reflected in its name. Open 24 hours and conveniently located on the casino floor of the West End Tower, Va Bene provides a break from the average coffee shop, offering freshly prepared items, including soups, salads, paninis and other light fare.

Long hallways are dramatic, leading to a serenity lounge where falling waters are heard and absolute calm settles in a dramatic, soul-soaring atmosphere. A monsoon cave rains serenity. The steam room gets re-imagined. A giant stone slab, heated from within as if by an eternal sun is the center of the signature Hammam. The Sahra Spa & Hammam is a seemingly simple yet wonderfully complex luxury retreat.

The gaming experience is state-of-the art and high end. Table games, sophisticated and fun slots, poolside blackjack, sports betting and more are all available at The Cosmopolitan.

The Cosmopolitan is polished without pretense, adding a new level of luxury and surprise for guests. Get all the details at www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com and get ready for the time of your life.

A bustling culinary food hall, Wicked Spoon delivers selections for every appetite and taste. With its mix of top quality, familiar staples complimenting imaginative and seasonal dishes, Wicked Spoon satisfies cravings and stimulates the imagination. Located in the back of the West Tower on the second floor, the Wicked Spoon must be “discovered” and once there the layout and the ambiance will surprise. This is a fun place.

A rebirth of the modern supper club, Rose. Rabbit. Lie. at The Cosmopolitan is a modern twist on clubs of the night – a communal venue that blurs the lines between restaurant, bar, club and live entertainment. Itʼs an adventure. Itʼs a surprise. Even the menu is a list of the unexpected as chef takes liberties mixing flavors and blending ingredients to create memorable, shareable dishes. An evening at Rose. Rabbit. Lie. is an ever evolving experience, a place made for conversation and destined for social magic. It adheres to no standard model, follows no written rules. Come when you want. Leave whenever. Grab a drink, snack or dine. Let the night take the lead. Do not miss Rose. Rabbit. Lie.

Remember the terrace? Room Service is the ultimate way to enjoy the terrace. The waiter arrives at your room with a heated cart and serves breakfast, lunch or dinner set up on the outside terrace for al fresco dining. Enjoy the dancing waters from the Bellagio fountains while dining on gourmet food and drink. Wonderful!

Nightlife has always been the staple of Las Vegas. After all, this is a town that never sleeps and the action is intense ‘round the clock. However,

this action was always associated with the gaming tables, where the buzz continued into the wee hours of the morning. Currently, the city is being laced with hot nightclubs where people dress to impress and party until five or six in the morning. If its action you’re seeking, look no further than the Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan. As one of the most expansive venues in the country, this 60,000 square-foot venue features seven bars that transition guests between three rooms and a variety of musical experiences.

In the Main Room, a 40-foot LED DJ booth and projection stage is the focal point surrounded by coliseum-style banquette seating and two dance floors. Table service is humming as revelers secure their own “party within a party” by renting table service fully stocked with bottles of various premium brands to entertain. This concept has taken off like a rocket in Las Vegas and has added a level of chic sophistication to the nightclub scene. And nobody does it better than Marquee. In addition to the Main Room, there is ‘The Library,’ which is an intimate lounge accentuated with a fireplace, billiard table and vintage books about Las Vegas history. The Library has a drink menu that emphasizes classic mixology. The third room is the lower level ‘Boom Box,’ smaller, very intimate, with strip views and separate DJs.

For those who do not wish to go clubbing, The Cosmopolitan offers a diverse variety of options for an exciting evening. Taking in the multi-level The Chandelier is a great place to start. The Chandelier is a living, breathing architectural wonder created by beaded curtains of light. Itʼs an inhabitable, multi-story spectacle with three bars providing a playground, art exhibit and cocktail lounge for guests. There is also award-winning Vesper, Book & Stage, BOND, the Queue ... Bar, and The Neapolitan, which serves

boozy, ice cream concoctions on the Boulevard Pool level during summer months.

Las Vegas already has the reputation as a shoppers paradise, with mega malls, outlet stores and the retail boutiques at major resorts. After all, Louis Vuitton has seven stores in Las Vegas. With all this duplication, The Cosmopolitan has put together the most undeniably eclectic and original collection of shops ever assembled on Las Vegas Boulevard. From limited edition sneakers at CRSVR Sneaker Boutique, to the bespoke tailored suits of Stitched, shopping will never be the same again. ALLSAINTS, Jason of Beverly Hills, DNA 2050, RetroSpecs & Co., Vitals, Rent The Runway, Kid Robot, Monogram, Skins 6|2 Cosmetics and Molly Browns Swimwear are all found at The Cosmopolitan.

Well there are spas and there is the Sahra Spa & Hammam at The Cosmopolitan – a place to retreat to an oasis of luxury and rejuvenation in the center of The Strip, where a path to balance, clarity and calm is created. Breathtaking natural walls mirror poetic slot canyons. Veins of silver thread throughout, while silver ceilings mimic nights lit by moon and stars.
