$196.1 million dollars (in 1999 dollars);2,019 square kilometers of land;a water reservation for domestic, agricultural and
industrial purposes;allowed to operate their own government, and to
create certain laws; and,Got funding to help give health, education, and
social services to their members and other people living in the area.
