Admission Requirements

The Master Program WASTE is designed to be completed within four semesters as can be seen from the macrostructure. The program starts every winter semester (October). However, some students may be required to start in September to participate in an intensive German course, depending on their previous German language proficiency.

It is advisable to organise the study plan of the program according to the proposed macrostructure. After completing the com-pulsory modules from the first semester (fundamentals of environmental process engi-neering), the students must choose two out of three specialisation areas that have to be completed during the second and third semester:

• Air Quality Control• Solid Waste Process Engineering• Waste Water Process Engineering

The fourth semester is dedicated to the development of the master thesis project, which can be carried out at universities, research institutes or companies.

Welcome to the M.Sc. WASTE

The application period starts in November. The deadline for applicants is February 15th each year. Please visit the M.Sc. WASTE website for further detailed information.
