DESCRIPTION- ASIA B-FLEX 226 is a cement based 2 components polymer modified waterproofing coating.APPLICATION RANGES- For external and internal waterproofing of rendered concrete and masonry on terraces, flat roofs, water tanks, basements, swimming pools, lift shafts, retaining walls.TECHNICAL DATA- Appearance: Part A : White milky liquid ; Part B : Grey powder -Mixing Ratio: 1:3.6 by weight.-Pot Life: 1 hour at 25 ºC-Bonding Strength: 1.4 N/mm²-Hardness Shore A: 88

WORK INSTRUCTIONSSubstrate Preparation: - All surfaces must be clean, sound and free form oil, wax, dust, grease and loose particle. - Fill voids and large cracks with appropriate products.- Absorbent substrates must be saturated thor-oughly, but no standing water. Application Methods: - Slowly add Powder part to 90% of the pre- gauged Liquid part.- Using mechanical mixer with low speed drill (Max 400RPM), may add the remaining liquid part, mix until a smooth and homogenous slurry mixture is achieved. -Leave the mixed slurry to stand for 3-4 minutes for releasing air-trapped.- Apply 1st coat by brush or trowel at the rate of 1-1.5 kg / m² - Allow the slurry to cure for 2-4 hours before applying the 2nd coat crosswise at the rate of 1-1.5 kg / m² / coat.- 3rd coats may be required in area of extremely high infiltration.-Fiber Glass Mesh could be applied on the wet-ted 1st coat.

CLEANINGClean all tools and equipment with water imme-diately after use.RECOMMENDATIONDo not add any water.- Minimum 2 coats with 1mm dry film thickness.- Reservoirs and tanks must be rinsed thoroughly prior to be filled after 5-7 days drying time.- For the best result, should be protected from high foot traffic and other physical abrasion.

คุณสมบัติ- ASIA B-FLEX 226 เป็นปูนทรายทีป่ระกอบดว้ยสว่นผสม 2 สว่น ใช้สำาหรับทา / ฉาบ ป้องกันการรัว่ซึมบนพื้นผิวคอนกรีต

ลักษณะการใช้งาน -ใช้ทา / ฉาบ เพื่อป้องกันการรัว่ซึมบนพื้นผิวคอนกรีตทัง้ภายในและภายนอกอาคาร เช่น ระเบียง ดาดฟ้า แท็งกน์้ำา ห้องใตด้ิน สระวา่ยน้ำา ห้องน้ำา ช่องลิฟต ์อุโมงค์

คำ แนะนำ ทางการใช้งาน การเตรียมพื้นผิว-พื้นผิวจะตอ้งแข็งแรง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่ น คราบน้ำามัน สนิม น้ำายาบม่ สี หรือเศษซีเมนตท์ีห่ลุดร่อน เป็นตน้-ซ่อมรอยแตกดว้ยวัสดุทีเ่หมาะสม-ปรับระดับพื้นผิวไมใ่ห้มีน้ำาขัง-บม่น้ำาให้คอนกรีตอิม่ตัว แตไ่มม่ีน้ำาขังขณะทำางาน ขั้นตอนการทำ งาน-เทสว่นผสม B (ผงปูน) ลงใน 90 % ของ A (น้ำายา) ทีเ่ตรียมไว้ตามอัตราสว่นผสม-ผสมดว้ยเครื่องผสมโดยใช้ความเร็วรอบต่ำา(ไมเ่กิน 400 รอบ/นาที) นาน 3-4 นาที สามารถเทน้ำายาสว่นทีเ่หลือเพื่อปรับความขน้เหลวตามตอ้งการ

-ป่ันสว่นผสมตอ่อีก 2 -3 นาที จนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน-พักสว่นผสมไวส้ักครู่ เพื่อลดฟอง กอ่นนำาไปใช้งาน-ทาสว่นผสม ดว้ยแปรง ในอัตรา 1-1.5 ก.ก. / ตรม. ทิง้ไว้ให้แห้ง (ประมาณ 2- 4 ชม.)-ทาชัน้ที ่2 เหมือนกับชัน้แรกแตใ่ห้ทาในทิศทางตัง้ฉากกับชัน้กอ่นหนา้โดยทิง้ระยะห่าง 2-4 ชม./ ชัน้ ปลอ่ยให้แห้งสนิทอยา่งนอ้ย 1-3 วันกอ่นใช้งาน-หากตอ้งการปูแผน่ใยเสริมแรง (Fiber Glass Mesh) ให้ปูขณะทีช่ัน้ที ่1 ยังหมาดอยู ่กอ่นทีจ่ะทำางานในชัน้ตอ่ไป

ข้อแนะนำ เพิ่มเติม-ห้ามผสมน้ำาเพิม่-ทาอยา่งนอ้ย 2 ชัน้ โดยมีความหนาของฟิลม์แห้งไมน่อ้ยกวา่ 1 มม.-การใช้งานสำาหรับถังเก็บน้ำา ควรทาดา้นในถัง สามารถใสน่้ำาได ้ภายใน 5 – 7 วันโดยลา้งดว้ยน้ำาสะอาดกอ่นใช้งาน-บริเวณห้องน้ำา สระวา่ยน้ำา สามารถปูกระเบื้องทับได ้หลังจากทา ASIA B-FLEX 226 ได ้3 – 5 วัน-เพื่อความทนทานควรมีวัสดุปกปิด เช่นการเทปูนทรายทับหนา้เพื่อป้องกันผิวหนา้ เสียหาย สำาหรับบริเวณดาดฟ้า ระเบียงทีม่ีการใช้งาน
