REMARKS BY GROUP EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

The issue of global warming and climate change is important and should not be taken lightly by

any parties. BIONAS intents to assist Governments in any country to streamline their National

Bio-fuel Policy and implement them immediately.

All related party must work more closely to have a mutual agreement to coordinate and unify the

bio-fuel policies and ensure the stabilization of bio-fuel markets in order to secure an efficient,

economic and regular supply of bio-fuel to consumers while securing a steady income to

producers and a fair return on capital for those investing in the bio-fuel industry.

BIONAS is willing and able to issue investment to meet the demand of any country for bio-fuel

projects in their respective country. With support from all parties, implementation of bio-fuel

APPLIED TECHNOLOGY & IMPLEMENTATION CONCEPT

The process of producing Bionas’ biodiesel does not undergo any transesterification which

normally uses methanol derived from petroleum sources. Producing palm biodiesel to meet

EN14214 with -21C pour point requires the said methyl ester to be fractionated twice and this

process is very energy intensive and costly. A revolutionary Jatropha Nano-Emulsion B20

Biofuel (for diesel, petrol, heavy fuel and jet fuel) is taking the lead.

Bionas have developed biofuel component which is 100% biodegradable, zero sulfur,

renewable, sustainable and green. Our nano-emulsion B20 Biofuels are derived from Jatropha,

the 2nd generation biofuel feedstock which is non-food and environmental-friendly.

The base oil of our emulsified B20 Biofuels are processed Jatropha oil emulsified with some

water to yield a 100% biodegradable fuel component. It is later blended into normal diesel to

yield an emulsified diesel which can make biodiesel via transesterification obsolete (neat

biodiesel from transesterification increase NOx and with 10% lower energy content). We have

formulated and synthesized a very stable emulsion which have been demonstrated and tested

with buses in Malaysia and Singapore.

9. BIO ENERGY EMISSION SOLUTION (BEES)

Composition:

75% Paraffin Wax

25% Bionas Jatropha Additives

Market Segmentation

Coal based power generation plant & boilers

Bio Energy Emmission Solution (BEES) ENHANCES THE CALORIFIC VALUE of coal thus

maximizing the burn process of coal inside furnaces. BEES also reduces emission of smoke as

well as poisonous gas such as SOx, NOx & GHG. BEES further increases the furnace wall

temperature by 100c – 200c thus minimizing the usage of coal. After 45 days application, carbon

deposits inside the chimney wall will fall by itself and this minimizes the down time &

maintenance cost.
