CITYLINK TULLA WIDENING: NIGHT WORKS ON PASCOE VALE ROAD EXIT RAMP 9:30PM – 5:00AM, MONDAY 25 JULY THROUGH TO MONDAY 10 AUGUST 2016

We would like to provide you with an update on important night works that are currently underway on the Pascoe Vale Road exit ramp as part of the CityLink Tulla Widening project.

Night works have been scheduled to ensure these significant works are delivered as quickly as possible while minimising traffic impacts on drivers. Importantly, night works will enable our workers to deliver these important works as safely and efficiently as possible.

We acknowledge that our work zone and construction activities may be disruptive to nearby residences. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete these works.

Where we will beWe will be working on the Pascoe Vale Road exit ramp as show in red on the map below. The ramp will be closed between 9:30pm to 5am each night that works are scheduled, as outlined overleaf.

When works will occurThe night works have been scheduled between 9:30pm - 5:00am on the following nights:

Monday 25 – Wednesday 27 July Sunday 31 July – Tuesday 2 August Monday 8 – Wed 10 August

These works may be rescheduled in the event of unsuitable weather or other unavoidable circumstances.

What we are doing- General road preparation works to lay new asphalt - Demolishing existing concrete safety barriers to install new upgraded barriers- Installing supports and panels for a new noise wall- Drainage works- Laying asphalt

What to expectWhile these works will not directly impact your property, you may notice:- General construction noise generated by machinery in use and site vehicles- Lights faced towards our work site- Increased traffic flows along the Pascoe Vale Road detour route- Construction personnel at work in the area

We are committed to keeping residents informed and minimising the impacts during construction, while keeping the community and our workers safe at all times. Managing and protecting the environment is also important to us and we are working with local and state government adhering to environmental laws to ensure the impact to the natural ecosystem is minimised.
