With reference to letter no. 3(2)/20 II-HRD (Vol. IV) dated 29-03-2017, from Ministry ofElectronics and Information Technology (HRD Division) regarding the information sought by ShriDheeraj Kumar under RTI Act, 2005, the point wise reply is mentioned as under:

1) Only affiliated TPs are allowed for conducting the training under ESDM Scheme. TPs not affiliatedwith KIAs are not allowed. The Scheme guideline vides page no. 11 (point no. 11) clearly mentions that:(For details, refer the Scheme guidelines at http://meity.gov.in/esdm/hrd)

"At all times, the Training Partner should not sub-franchise the training. Any such activity found will beconsidered as non-compliance and may result in de-affiliation of the Training Partner from participatingin the ESDM Skill Development Scheme. "

4) Under ESDM Schemes Payment (reimbursement of course fee and registration fee) is not released byTSSC & NSDC. NSDC has no role in the Scheme for Skill Development in ESDM Sector.
