The Vision
• Learner/staff centred portal that provides all data necessary to aid the learning experience
• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the information flow between systems
• Ensure the learners and staff develop the systems that work for them

The change• A robust VLE was built with a vision on
how to integrate the e-systems• Staff and students were consulted• Moodle was unitized with one course
per qualification unit• A staged roll-out plan was developed• Staff could choose their assessment
criteria to suit assessment processes

What’s left to do
• Add csv exports for portfolio tracking pages
• Create reporting features to provide over views of learners progress against their entry quals and initial grade
• Reintroduce the EV features that have been turned off in the programming
