Never top up with water only. Use Volvooriginal green coolant thinned withpure water to a ratio of 50/50. This mix-ture prevents corrosion and damagefrom freezing.

The coolant does not usually need re-placing. In case of large repairs whencoolant needs to be drained, newcoolant must be used because the oldhas been exposed to oxidation and dirt.

Clean the cooling system when replac-ing coolant. Use lubricant 11 61 328.
