What is Yoga?

The goal of Yoga is the Union of the individual Self with the universal one.

In the western world, Yoga is usually associated with physical exercises, butthere are many different kinds of Yoga: Some make indeed, as alreadymentioned, use of physical exercises whereas others stress mental concentrationand a meditative approach.

What is Cabbalistic Emotion-Yoga©?

This type of Yoga enables you to reach balance for your emotional body - abody that every one of us has. You will learn how to discharge your emotionsthat have been piling up throughout the years – resulting in a state of well-beingand the ability to confront your everyday tasks emotionally strengthened. It ismany times the case that you will not experience all of the emotions that arebeing described further down, but you experience those which burden you mostand are in need of clearing.

Every experience you make is bound to emotions. As often as you areconfronted with similar situations in your life, those situations will resemble theones before as you are recalling your stored emotions. This can lead todisturbing consequences as our emotions determine our way of dealing with ourenvironment. Emotions additionally limit our progress as they hinder us tobroaden our perspective and to gather new, positive experiences.

Having lived through emotions, one can start working with them using therespective letter. You chose the one you are in need of right now and that wayyou will be able to strengthen those abilities you need. By using them you willbring your energies in unison and you will get to know how to confront thosesituations in the future.

It is important that you follow strictly the course so that those energies you setfree are not being channelled into wrong ways. What Cabbalistic Emotion-Yoga© can give to you

The good thing about Cabbalistic Emotion-Yoga© is the pure form of emotionsthat you will experience after the work. Each new situation will be perceived unbiasedly, the old emotion will notreappear, not even when standing in front of your Boss or suffering from examnerves. This all seems to be wiped off and you can deal with every situationequanimously.

But that is not all that Cabbalistic Emotion Yoga© can do for you. You willexperience a complete new form of love, which you will never have perceivedbefore. It is a pure form of love that you will live through in exactly that form ofpurity.



External Treatment

Cabbalistic Emotion-Yoga© is a very strong system. Interventions in theemotional area of a man ALWAYS have great consequences.

You can perform the treatments on others. This requires a high sense ofresponsibility and the knowledge to assess causes correctly.

Therefore our suggestion: work always only on yourself, getting to know theenergies, before you dare to treat other people.

Consider, not everything that you consider to be good and necessary must alsoinevitably be good and necessary for the client.



How to be attuned to Cabbalistic Emotion-Yoga©?

You chose your favourite Asana, the posture you enjoy most. Then you callforth your initiation or receive it as a sending through the ether. This takes aboutfive minutes for each symbol and is done in three different initiations. So eachinitiation will take about 25 minutes. We will begin at the lowest charka andthen climb to the highest heights. If one would try to initiate all symbols at onceit is very likely to suffer from an emotional stimulus satiation that would makeall efforts vain and bring you back to the very beginning. So it is important to bestrict and to wait for seven days until the next initiation will be performed.

The course of the ritual:

You

1. …sit down.

2. …imagine a picture of the symbol in your mind

3. … let yourself be confronted with any emotion popping up. Thoughts canwander freely.

4. Emotional Climax (Renew the emotion or dampen it)

5. Transition to the next symbol

6. The procedure starts from the beginning.

Sometimes it may happen that you will live through several emotions veryintensely. You may experience some tingling sensation on your skin or evenelectrical forces. You should not bother too much about these sensations for themoment; you may intentionally experience them, but let them pass withoutbeing attentive to them.

The most important rule is: Do not suppress anything. Let everything go for 25minutes and experience every emotion that may come up.
