Basic Facial Damaged / Mature Skin

- These are the basic steps that comprise a European Facial (50-60 min.) The goal of this facial is to provide the skin with the nutrients that promote a healthier function assisting the skin with its own natural restorative process.

Prepare the client Step 1: Interview Client. Fill out the

Patient/Client Card.

Step 2: Provide client with a strapless top or a large towel and place them onto the treatment bed. Turn the steamer on and position over the face (18 in.)

Cleanse & Analyze Step 3: Pass warm, wet hands over the face to

begin facial.

Step 4: Place 2 pumps of Soothing Cleanser Milk in the palm of your hand and massage the face and neck using quick gentle circular motion.

Step 5: Using wet sponges, wipe the Soothing Cleanser Milk from the face and neck using up ward motion (rinse the sponges frequently) until no cleanser residue is left and the face feels clean.

Step 6: Repeat Cleansing. (Step 4 & 5)

Exfoliate or Peel Step 7: Pat skin dry. Step 8: Using a cotton applicator apply a thin layer

of Exfoliating Facial Serum on the target area. Let sit for 2 minutes or until it tingles.

Step 9: Wet the skin with your hands. Place 2 pumps of Gentle Skin Scrub in your palms and massage the face using very gentle circular motions with your finger tips. The power of the Gentle Skin Scrub is in your finger tips.

Step 10: Remove the Gentle Skin Scrub as in step 4.

Steam Step 11: Place 4x4 pad in the palm of your hand and

moisten with Soothing & Balancing Toner. Apply the eye pads over the eyes and place the Steamer over the face for 5-10 min.

Extractions Step 12: Shut off the Steamer.

Step 13: Do extractions, tweeze eyebrows and remove unwanted facial hair.

Sterilize Step 14:Use Soothing & Balancing Toner on the

face and neck to disinfect and remove any impurities.

Massage Step 15: Massage face, neck and décolleté with the

Facial Massage Cream mixed with Vitamin C Elixir (Approximately 10 min.)

Therapy Step 16: Apply the Hydra Gel Aloe Vera Mask as

per mask instructions. (15– 20 min.)

Finalize Step 17: Do a final pass of the hands over the face

with Vitamin C Elxiir and then apply Moisture Protectiv Day Crème. Gently press the temples, count to three and release.

Remember : you want to remove make-up and impurities. This process should be quick and wet.

- These are the basic steps that comprise a European Facial (50-60 min.) The primary function of this facial is to calm red, irritated skin, regardless of the triggers. This will help promote healthier function so the triggering condition an be addressed.




Cleanse & Analyze Step 3: Pass warm, wet hands over the face

to begin facial.


Step 5: Using wet sponges, wipe the Soothing Cleanser Milk from the face and neck using

upward motion (rinse the sponges frequently) until no cleanser residue is left and the face feels clean.


Exfoliate or Peel Because of the nature of Sensitive Skin; Scrubs, Gommages nor Peel should be used.

Steam Step 7: Place 4x4 pad in the palm of your hand and moisten

with the Soothing & Balancing Toner. Apply the eye pads over the eyes and place the Steamer over the face for 5-10 min.

Step 9: Do only minor extractions, tweeze eyebrows and remove unwanted facial hair.

Step 15: Place the Collagen Fibre Mask w/ AHA Green Tea as per instructions. Leave on for 15-20 min. Make sure mask remains moist at all times. Monitor the Client for any stinging or itching. If discomfort occurs then gently re-move mask and rinse skin with clean water. Proceed with final step.

Therapy Step 15: Apply a base layer of Oil-Free Nourishing

Step 16: Apply the Spirulina Mask according to mask instructions. (Intensive nutrient layer).


Step 18: Carefully remove the mask. First work fingers around the edges. Then have client move faci-al muscles and gently lift the mask in an up-ward motion. Remove any residue.


Vitamin C Elixir. Apply Moisture Protectiv Day Creme. Gently press the temples, count to three and release.

Due to the sensitivity and the inflammation of the skin - NO PEELS OR SCRUBS should be used. When the skin returns to a more balanced state then it should be reassessed and the therapy choice should be adjusted accordingly.

- These are the steps for a Wilma Schumann Signature Facial (25-30 min.) The primary function of this facial is to finish off any of the more aggressive aesthetic procedures with a calming nutritive and protective finalization.



Step 2: Provide client with a strapless top or a large towel and place them onto the treatment bed.

Cleanse & Analyze Step 3: Complete all steps required for the specific

treatment conducted. Follow all pre-, during and post treatment protocols required by the manufac-turer and physician.

Massage Step 4: Massage face, neck and décolleté with a small

amount of the Eye Contour Revitalizing Serum. Keep your hands wet at all times to maintain lubrication. (Approx. 5 min.).

Therapy Step 5: Apply a base layer of the Eye Contour Revitalizing

Serum & DNA Replenishing Serum.

Step 6: Apply the Phyto/Moor Mask. Follow all Phyto/Moor Mask preparation instructions included in the kit (or read instructions at the end).



Step 9:Remove any excess Phyto/Moor mask residue with a cotton swab dipped in warm water. Pay special attention to the hairline. (Approx. 2 min.) Apply any topical antibiotic, if necessary.

Phyto/Moor Mask Instructions 1. Place 1 sachet of Moor (black) and pour 50 ml. of the

activator liquid into a small mixing bowl. 2. Work out all lumps. 3. Add and 1 sachet of Phyto powder (white) and mix

contents with small spatula until a smooth and homo-geneous consistency is achieved.

4. Apply Phyto/Moor mask over face and neck. 5. Apply gauze over the mask and press into place. 6. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. 7. Remove by working finger around the edges to loosen

and then rolling the mask upwards starting at the neck area.

Signature Facial Re-Hydration

- These are the steps for a Wilma Schumann Signature Facial (50-75 min.) This facial harnessed the fluid binding properties of Glycolic and combines it with Oxygen to help smooth and soften the skin. A great pre-op. preparation.

Step 2: Place client onto the treatment bed. Turn the steamer on and position over the face.


Step 4: Place 2 pumps of Purifying Cleanser Gel in the palm of your hand and massage the face and neck using quick gentle circular motion.

Step 5: Using wet sponges, wipe Purifying Cleanser Gel from the face and neck using a downward motion (rinse the sponges frequently) until no cleanser residue is left and the face feels clean.

Contains: Green Tea, Aloe Vera, Hydrogenated Castor Oil and Geranium Oil.

PRIMARY USE: As a retail product it provides a quick pick me up for dehydrated, overheated or tired skin. Design to achieve fast long lasting results even in delicate skin areas. Recommended everyday use, it can be applied under or over make-up. Packaged in a convenient spray atomizer. SECONDARY USE: This hydrating spray can also be used during extractions. When extractions are taking a longer than usual , a light misting keeps them moist and supple allowing the esthetician to take the time needed. It can also work as a finishing spray at the end of the facial.

CHALK PEEL (16 oz. Only) Contains: Plaster of Paris, Zinc Oxide and Talc. Mix with

3% Hydrogen Peroxide PRIMARY USE: The Chalk Peel is for professional use only. It is a mineral peel that would replace any enzyme peel or desincrustation lotion. The most effective method is under a steamer. This product must remain moist for the entire application period. INSTRUCTIONS: Because of the specific nature of this product the application instructions are as follows:

1. Place approx. one teaspoon of Chalk Peel in a small bowl.

2. Add a very small amount of hydrogen peroxide 3% and

begin to stir.

3. Mix the Chalk Peel Mask powder and add hydrogen

peroxide until a smooth consistency, similar to that of a

light paint, is achieved.

4. Apply with a cotton swab over the areas where extractions

are needed. Avoid the eyes.

5. Place client under the steamer. Chalk Peel may begin to

bubble.

6. The Chalk Peel should remain on for 5 to 8 minutes. For

oily skin leave on for 10 minutes.

7. Make sure the Chalk Peel stays moist at all times.

8. Remove the Chalk Peel using warm water and sponges.

All of the mask must be removed.

9. Once the Chalk Peel is removed you may extract

impurities from the skin.
