1) cách import dl: B1:tạo csdl chuột phải database/new database xuất hiện hộp thoại new database.Nhập tên csdl vào database name/okB2:import dl chuột phải tên cơ sở dl vừa tạo/task/import data.=>xuất hiện hộp thoại sql server import and export wirad.Chọn next=> xuất hiện hộp thoại choose a data source Trong Data source ta chọn kiểu dl mà ta muốn import.vd: + Với kiểu dl là access:

- data source: microsoft access- file name:đường dẫn tới dl mà mình cần import

+ Với kiểu dl là exel:- Data source: microsoft exel- Exel file path: đường dẫn tới file exel mình cần import- Đánh dấu vào first row has column names

Chọn next.khi đó xuất hiện hộp thoại choose a destination Trong Destination ta chọn đích để ta importdl(mặc định là sql server native client 10.0) Server name:tên máy chủ(mặc định là tên máy chủ mình đang sử dụng) Tiếp tục chọn next. Xuất hiện hộp thoại chứa các bảng dl trong nguồn dl ta cần import. Ta có thể thay đổi các ntruowngf trong bảng bằng cách chọn edit mapping. Tiếp tục chọn next/next/finish/close.

2) cách export dl:chuột phải tên cơ sở dl cần export/task/export data. Xuất hiện hộp thoại sql server import and export wirad/next.xuất hiện hộp thoại choose a data source. + Data source: nhập kiểu dl ta cần export(chọn sql server native client 10.0) + Server name: tên máy chủ +Database :chọn tên csdl ta cần export.mặc định là tên cơ sở dl khi ta chọn chuột phảiChọn next ,xuất hiện hộp thoại choose a detination: Detination: chọn kiểu dl mà ta muốn export ra Vd: + Access:

- Detination: microsoft access- File name:đường dẫn tới file access

+ Exel:- Detination:microsoft exel- Exel file path:đường dẫn tới file exel lưu dl export ra

Chú ý :tích vào first row has column names Chọn next.xuất hiện hộp thoại specify table copy or query. Chọn option copy data from one or more tables or views/next

Xuất hiện hộp thoại chứa các bảng dl ta cần export.ta có thể sửa bằng cách chọn edit mapping/next/next/finish/close
