Maintenance:CACI is an industry leader in providing field maintenance and implementing aircraft product improvement programs on a wide variety of aircraft to keep these platforms operating at peak performance.

We perform aircraft maintenance and repair, and manage the installation and upgrade of avionics such as flight management, safety, and aircraft survivability systems. Our automated testing tools and reverse-engineering techniques help ensure avionic systems are up-to-date.

CACI provides aircraft maintenance and aviation supply chain management to the U.S. Marine Corps, including inventory control, warehouse operations, and advanced program management methodologies to sustain the operational readiness of all type, model, and series of Marine aircraft.

ISR Flight Operations Support:CACI provides flight crews to support commercially derivative aircraft in DoD’s airborne ISR fleet of aircraft, including the RC-12X, MC-12W, RO-6A, EO-5B, RC-130, and C-37B/Gulfstream V. We currently operate under approved DCMA 8210.1/AFI10-220/AR95-20 contractor flight and ground operations procedures.

Our stateside and overseas operations include combat ISR and reconnaissance, surveillance, targeting, and acquisition.

CACI’s Mission Avionics Systems Trainer provides interoperable, immersive training for flight crews, mission crews, and maintainers of reconnaissance aircraft, cost-efficiency improving crew coordination training.

Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance:CACI has fielded numerous signals intelligence (SIGINT), communications, full motion video, and tactical processing, exploitation, and dissemination systems. We provide system-of-systems engineering and integration, agile development and deployment, and end-to-end lifecycle support. These capabilities enable us to deliver net-centric solutions that meet the needs of Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, homeland security, and other government agency customers.

CACI delivers a variety of sensor systems supporting the Army’s special electronic mission aircraft’s ISR capabilities, including sophisticated SIGINT systems and theater net-centric geo-location systems.

CACI uses proven, systematic approaches for all aspects of airborne ISR ground station engi-neering and managerial processes.
