Head Start Makes Me Feel Razzmatazz!
Welcome to 2019-2020!
We feel excited to work together this year! Research shows that the founda on of success starts with emo onal regula on - for everyone! Use the "How Does David Feel?" poster to help connect facial expres-sions with words. At home, remember to read either "Friends Make Me Feel Razzmatazz" or "Happiness Tastes Like Co on Candy" to help build feeling words vocabulary. In the classroom, a fun book to read is "I'm Feeling Macaroni and Cheese".
Iden fying and labeling feelings is the first step to self control. What are some of the feelings you had today?
