In the first year of operations both the centres are hoping to provide courses to about hundred students. Commenting on opening of new CADD Centres, Mr Karaiadi Selvan, Managing Director, CADD Centre Training Services Limited, said, “We have been successfully operating in Bangladesh since 2004 through our Chittagong centre. Hence, we are familiar with Dhaka and the needs of the local industry. The country offers employment opportunities in important sectors such as power, steel, fertilizer, hotel, tourism, and petrochemicals. We are introducing suitable courses that equip students to find employment opportunities in these sectors in Bangladesh and Gulf region.” He added that the CADD Centre courses are tailor made to the needs of local industry as well as the requirements of Gulf countries.
