Components important for good performance:Armature windings consistent and
symmetricCommutator constructionBrushes nice and straight
Be sure to sand on back of white boards, NOT on table tops.
Count number of windings/turns on armature and field coil (needed for calculations).
Use length templates for cutting.Don’t use scissors to cut wire.
