We are manufacturers of VIBARTING SCREENS/crusher

meshes well suited for majorly Crusher Industries.

We majorly use Spring Steel Grade Wire (High

Carbon) for manufacturing our vibrating screens,

since they have the capacity to withstand high

vibrations and corrosive actions well suited to fulfill

requirements of varied industries such as stone

crushing, manganese ore, coal washeries, sugar,

chemical, fertilizer plants etc. We provide

clamping of the mesh customized to their decks

and area of operation.

We provide a wide range of vibrating screen wire mesh in different materials, wire diameters,

mesh opening, dimensions and weaving patterns made of high grade metals with high quality

tensile/ spring steel wire, stainless steel, special alloys, precious alloy such as inconel, monel,

hastealloy, titanium etc wherein the raw materials are procured from the most reliable sources,

to ensure longetivity and temperature resistence (for certain niche applications).

To ensure extreme promptness for our customers, we stock

major sizes of wire screens ranging from 3 mm aperture to 63

mm.

These screens are manufactured in thickness up to 10 mm to

ensure longevity.

The screens are also clamped at our unit. Clamping is done at

45-60 degree angle.

Applications

▪ Polyurethane screens are abrasion-resistant and

corrosion resistant screens. The screens are

manufactured with self-relieving apertures resulting in

the unrestricted downward movement of any sized

particle – with minimum clogging. Our range

includes modular, tensioned, dewatering, flip flow and

trommel screen types.
