Coli Limitations The Department recently revised the bacteriological criteria in ADEM Administrative Code R. 335610.09. The draft permit, mailed to the Permittee on January 13, 2017, did not include the recently revised bacteriological criteria because they were not in effect until February 3, 2017. However, the Department intends to update the draft permit prior to public notice with the recently revised bacteriological criteria. I have included with this email a copy of the revised draft permit limits table and permit rationale for your consideration. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the revision, feel free to contact me.
