Houston Affirmative Action and Contract Compliance Division Minority/Women /Dis-advantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/P/DBE) Procedures. The successful bidder will be required to make good faith efforts to achieve a participation goal of 18% with a possible substitution of 4% of SBE.

This contract is also subject to the requirements of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs. The national goal for participation of Disadvantaged Enter-prises (DBE) is 10%. The Owner incorporates the national goal into this contract.
