Lincoln Centre is pleased to welcome Amanda “Mandy” Cardenas as the new receptionist for the Cousins Property Management Office. Mandy has come full circle, since she worked for a brief time at Lincoln Centre, then was transferred to our “sister” building, Williams Square. We are delighted that she is back with us. As our recep-tionist, Mandy will be receiving many of the calls from the tenants, and she welcomes the opportu-nity to assist in any way. Mandy lives with her husband and three children in Rowlett. The children are ages 11, 4 and 5 months which, of course, keeps Mandy very busy. As a family, they love all the activities out-side including the children’s soccer games.
LBJ EXPRESS UPDATEThe LBJ Express has taken every opportunity to keep motorists, neighbors and corridor businesses informed, especially regarding lane closures. For information regarding the project, please visit: www.lbjexpress.com. You may also connect through Facebook, Twitter and Linked In. Their slogan is “No to Surprises and Yes to Safety.” Some of the improvements that will make LBJ faster, safer and cleaner are:
LBJ Express Will Improve Infrastructure to Relieve Traffic Delays• When complete, LBJ Express will retain the same number of free main lanes as today – 4 lanes in each direction – while adding up to 6 new express managed toll lanes on I-635 and four on I-35.• LBJ Express will double the number of cars that can be safely and efficiently accommodated.
LBJ Express will offer Reliability and Mobility Choices for Commuters• Commuters on LBJ Express will choose their route, streamlining traffic and reducing driver frustration.• Drivers may continue to drive on the free main lanes, or choose the express managed lanes for a faster, more predictable drive time, guaranteed to be at least 50 mph.
