Exceptions: • Foster children• Unborn children• Children subject to shared custody if less than 50% of time• Non-related live-in caretakers if paid by outside agency

• Fees reasonable and consistent with those charged for first liens• No balloon payment before the maturity date of the CalHome loan• Must defer principal and interest for the term of the CalHome loan
