    Call For PapersJnkping University, Jnkping International Business School (JU-JIBS) and University ofRwanda, College of Business and Economics (UR-CBE), invite submissions of completed butunpublished papers that focus on recent trends in economic development, finance and managementresearch in the developing economies of East Africa for presentation in the second internationalconference of Eastern Africa Business and Economic Watch-2016 (EABEW-2016). Theoretical,methodological and empirical research and policy or practice oriented papers, in particular on themain focus area of the conference - entrepreneurship - are welcome provided that they are basedon a sound conceptual foundation with a well-thought out method. Applied and practice orientedmanuscripts can focus on Eastern Africa as a whole, group of countries or individual economiesin the region. Priority will be given to Eastern Africa studies, but submissions from the rest ofAfrica are also welcomed. Papers from other regions than Africa are also welcomed, provided thatthey discuss the implications of the research findings for the African context.

    A selection of high quality papers presented at the conference will be considered for publicationin special issues of leading academic journal(s) in different fields and edited book volume(s)

    published by Springer book series Frontiers in African Business Research. No conference fee isapplied, but participants are expected to cover their travelling and accommodation expenses.
