    1 Sco'e

The present document describes the measurements for 2;T/'.

    T" 3*.9+, Juirements.

The present document is valid for all measurement types provided by an implementation of an 2;T/'.

Only measurement types that are specific to 2;T/' are defined within the present documents. endor specific

measurement types used in 2;T/' are not covered. &nstead- these could be applied accordin to manufacturer$sdocumentation.

Measurements related to LeternalL technoloies (such as TM or &P) as described by LeternalL standards bodies (e..&T;T or &2T:) shall only be referenced within this specification- wherever there is a need identified for the eistence

    of such a reference.

The definition of the standard measurements is intended to result in comparability of measurement data produced in amulti;vendor networ#- for those measurement types that can be standardised across all vendors$ implementations.

The structure of the present document is as followsF

    ; Beader ,F 'etwor# 2lement (e.. measurements related to e'ode0)H

    ; Beader *F Measurement function (e.. //1 connection setup related measurements)H

    ; Beader 3F Measurements.

    2 eferences

The followin documents contain provisions which- throuh reference in this tet- constitute provisions of the present

    document.

/eferences are either specific (identified by date of publication andCor edition number or version number) or

    non;specific.

:or a specific reference- subse>uent revisions do not apply.

:or a non;specific reference- the latest version applies. &n the case of a reference to a 3GPP document (includin

a G"M document)- a non;specific reference implicitly refers to the latest version of that document in the same

    Release as the present document.
