Self Serve Buffet
Menu ChoicesFavored by brides and our Corporate customers. The only thing you need to do is pick a menu! Your event is staffed by our team of experienced professionals. Our staff is knowledgeable in the cooking and preparation of your foods whether it'sthe whole hog or prime rib!
The buffet is delivered to your venue andset up on chafers (for heat) and/or ice. Your back-up foods are left in cambros to retain a perfect temperature for up to 4 hours. All you need is a buffet manager to re-stock the line! We return after your event, clean up and remove all equipment. This option works well for informal events lasting several hours.
