through closure which currently includes a Cisco Telephony Infrastructure System upgrade effecting 600 End-Users across the United States along with a Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) upgrade being implemented at 497 sites throughout the United States.

Selected to strengthen team and impact the Project Management Office (PMO) immediately upon arrival. Instrumental in acquiring final strategy for VSAT project through analysis and coordination with both vendor and stakeholders. Due to budget constraints was given the task to maximize return on investment. In coordination with Network Team was able to identified ways to utilize current equipment assets to compliment new upcoming install solutions thus saving company approx. 300K.

CSC, Defense Wide Transmissions Systems Program Jan 2005 – Jul 2010Project Manager Management of total project life cycle, team of up to 155 personnel, and a budget of $68M to provide

high capacity non-secure and secure communications in support of Southwest Asia Central Command and Coalition Forces Land Component Command.

Provided installation services of rack mounted Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) network data systems and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) for two 30,000sqft state of the art Data Network Technical Control Facilities (TCF) from laying of concrete foundation to turn-key.

Responsible for installation and activation of a 1 gigabyte CISCO core network with connectivity to European and USA military Network Nodes via supervised team of Engineers and Technicians.

Responsible for installation of a 3.5 GW military base grid power generation system. All projects completed on schedule and within budget. Utilized and coordinated alternative project support resources which resulted in cost savings for

projects totaling six figures. Received praise from various levels of Command to include the Top Signal Commanding General for

overall project deliverable, customer support, customer satisfaction, and transition from its previous unreliable and deteriorated “tactical network” state.

Requested “by name” by military Commanding General and Computer Sciences Corporation Army Programs Director to return to Camp Victory Iraq once again to complete an existing high priority project with high military command visibility project which was behind schedule and lacked leadership

Results were the completion of a multi-million Network Operations Control (NOC) Facility and “fixed” NOC Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) System.

Received numerous accolades from Military Commanders in the field.

Contributions have resulted in being awarded the 2005 Computer Sciences Corporation Defense Group Army Programs New Employee of the Year and the recipient of the 2006 Computer Sciences Corporation Defense Group Army Programs Leadership Award.

As a Tech and Tech Lead mission was to replace existing tactical communications with state of the art C4 Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) communication “case suites” throughout Iraq and Kuwait Areas of Responsibility (AOR). (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce), Maitland FL Feb 2001- Oct 2004Information Technology Implementation Manager Directly responsible for the operation and reliability of all data and voice communications to support data and telecommunications connectivity for: Marketplace and Safeway Select Bank Call Centers in Maitland Florida ACD and office PBX systems 415 bank pavilions 15 remote offices throughout the U.S, and 10 external vendors. Instrumental leadership during client backbone transition consisted of external monitoring,
