Have I Got a Story to Tell with Diane FerlatteTuesday, February 3 at 7pmStyle and wit, New Orleans charm, Oakland spirit, and world-wide travels have made Diane Ferlatte one of the most popular storytellers in the land. She has wowed audiences on six continents as she brings her performances to life through stories, songs, American Sign Language, humor, and audience participation. While many of her stories and songs have African-American roots, she loves to tell any story that holds truths touching upon our common humanity. Among her programs are those that focus on Aesop’s fables, Brer Rabbit and other folk tales, as well as personal and historical stories. Diane is accompanied by her long time musical sidekick Erik Pearson on banjo and guitar.
