WORKMAN, Camden, Oct. 17, 1851. FLOUR and Lard. For talc by Oct. 10,W tf R. W. ABBOTT THE GREAT SUMMER MEDICINE ! DR. GUYSOTTSIMPROVED EXTRACT OF Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilla, FOR the cure of all diseases or disorders generated by impure blood. Its great success justly entitles it to the name of the Great American specific. So far as it is known it is universally apprecia ted, and many eminent physicians use it daily in v their practice with the most happy effects, and ^Certify that it is the best extract in existence, and the only one that stands the test of time. Every year adds to its great popularity, and multiplies its astounding cures. The victim of Hereditary Scrofula, with supporting glands, hoi ...... ail/i naripci patins? into hia bones. finds Guysott's Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilla balm I lor his affliction. His horrible torments are assu! aged, and his malady not only relieved, but perfectly cured. It may be safely assertpd, from the results of past experience, that "Dr. Guysott's Extract ol Yellow Dock and Sar.-aparilla," is, beyond allcom: parison, the most wonderful remedy on earth for ihe following diseases, and ail others proceeding from vitiated blood: Scrofula, or King's Evil, Rheumatism, Obstinate Cutaneous Eruptions, Pimples or Pustules on the face, B otches, Boils, Chrouic Sore Eyes, Ringworm or Tetter, Scald Head, Enlargement and Pains of the Bones and Joints, Stubborn Ulcprs, Syphilitic Lumbago, and Diseases arising from an injudicious use of Mer' cury, Acites or Dropsy, Exposure or Imprudence ' in Life, Liver Complaint, Ague and Fever, Intermitting Fever, Cholera Morbus, Dysentery, Diarrhoea, Plethora of Blood in the Head, Piles, Pains in the Back, Sides, Breast or Loins, and all forms of Muscular, Glandular, and Skin diseases. It is a sovereign specific for General Debility, and the best renovater for a Broken Constitution. It braces and reinvigorates every organ, promotes actictity and regularity in every function, and produces that condition of the whole physical sys- tem which is the best security tor long lire. Let all who wish to purge the blood from the impurities contracted from t.ie Iree indulgence ol the appetite during the winter, and to prepare the system to resist summer epidemics, resort now to "Guysott's Extract of Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilia," which is proving itself en antidote for maJ ny ot the most malignant diseases that flesh is heir to, and they will never be disappointed, for in this remedy the public laith has never wavered. never can waver; for it istoundedon experience, just as their want of faith in other and spurious compounds is also founded in experience. They fly from mineral nostrums to seek hope, life, and vigor from this purely vegetable remedy. There1 fore, however broken down in health and spirits, however luathesome to himself and others, let no one despair of recovery; let the patient only understand that this hope ot physical restoration lies only in " Guysott's Extract of Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilla," and persuade him for his life's sake to try it, and we have no he.-itation in predicting his speedy restoration to health. As a means of regulating all the functions ol woman's delicate organization, it has no equal in materia medica, and at that ciitical period of life when the first stage of her decline commences, its cordial and invigorating properties will enable her to pass the crisis safely O None genuine unless put up in large bottles containing a quart, and name of the Syrup blown in the glass, with the written signature S. A Lovely Young Lady cured of Consumption ID* Tht' following is from the pen of Wm. II L-vison, Esq., the distinguished editor of the U S. Military and Naval Argus, under date New York. January '2G, 1850. H'hat could be more conclusive ? " It is seldom we permit ourselves to occnpj a space in these columns to speak in praise of any article in the patent mebicine way: but when wt see the life of a fellow-creature saved by the use o; any medicine whatever, we consider it as oui right, it not our duty, to give a simple statemeni of facts, that others may, in like manner, be bene, fitted. The case which has induced us to pen this article was that ofa young lady of our acquaintance, who by frequent exposure to the night air contracted a Cold which settled on the Lungs be. fore its ravages could be stayed. (This occurred two years ago this winter) Various remedies were used, but with very little effect or benefit.. The Cough grew worse, with copious expectoraI lion, and the sunken eye, and pale, hollow cheeks told plainly that pulmonary disease was doing its worst on her delicate frame. The family physi! ciiiu was consulted, and although he would not adj mil to the young lady that she really had the Con! sumption, yet he would give no encouragement as to a cure. At this crisis her mother was persua- rl> t] to mane use or a oonie or i>r. uogerv v.oinp nirul Syrup of Liverwort and Tar, and we are happy to state she was perfectly cured in less than three months t>y this medicine alone, alter even hope was destroyed. It is useless to comment on such a case as this, for the simple truth will reach where polished fiction never can. If any doubl the authenticity of this statement, let them call at this office.. U. THE GREAT SUMMER MEDICINE !DR. GUYSOTTSIMPROVED EXTRACT OFYellow Dock and Sarsaparilla,

FOR the cure of all diseases or disorders generatedby impure blood. Its great success

justly entitles it to the name of the Great Americanspecific. So far as it is known it is universally apprecia

ted, and many eminent physicians use it daily inv their practice with the most happy effects, and

^Certify that it is the best extract in existence, andthe only one that stands the test of time.Every year adds to its great popularity, and

multiplies its astounding cures. The victim ofHereditary Scrofula, with supporting glands, hoi...... ail/i naripci patins? into hia bones.finds Guysott's Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilla balm

I lor his affliction. His horrible torments are assu!aged, and his malady not only relieved, but perfectlycured.

It may be safely assertpd, from the results of

past experience, that "Dr. Guysott's Extract olYellow Dock and Sar.-aparilla," is, beyond allcom:parison, the most wonderful remedy on earth forihe following diseases, and ail others proceedingfrom vitiated blood: Scrofula, or King's Evil,Rheumatism, Obstinate Cutaneous Eruptions,Pimples or Pustules on the face, B otches, Boils,Chrouic Sore Eyes, Ringworm or Tetter, ScaldHead, Enlargement and Pains of the Bones andJoints, Stubborn Ulcprs, Syphilitic Lumbago, andDiseases arising from an injudicious use of Mer'cury, Acites or Dropsy, Exposure or Imprudence

' in Life, Liver Complaint, Ague and Fever, IntermittingFever, Cholera Morbus, Dysentery, Diarrhoea,Plethora of Blood in the Head, Piles, Painsin the Back, Sides, Breast or Loins, and all formsof Muscular, Glandular, and Skin diseases.

It is a sovereign specific for General Debility, and the best renovater for a Broken Constitution. It braces and reinvigorates every organ, promotesactictity and regularity in every function, andproduces that condition of the whole physical sys-tem which is the best security tor long lire.

Let all who wish to purge the blood from theimpurities contracted from t.ie Iree indulgence olthe appetite during the winter, and to prepare thesystem to resist summer epidemics, resort now to

"Guysott's Extract of Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilia,"which is proving itself en antidote for maJny ot the most malignant diseases that flesh isheir to, and they will never be disappointed, for inthis remedy the public laith has never wavered.never can waver; for it istoundedon experience, just as their want of faith in other and spuriouscompounds is also founded in experience. Theyfly from mineral nostrums to seek hope, life, andvigor from this purely vegetable remedy. There1fore, however broken down in health and spirits, however luathesome to himself and others, let noone despair of recovery; let the patient only understandthat this hope ot physical restorationlies only in " Guysott's Extract of Yellow Dockand Sarsaparilla," and persuade him for his life'ssake to try it, and we have no he.-itation in predictinghis speedy restoration to health. As a means of regulating all the functions ol

woman's delicate organization, it has no equal inmateria medica, and at that ciitical period of lifewhen the first stage of her decline commences, its cordial and invigorating properties will enableher to pass the crisis safelyO None genuine unless put up in large bottles

ail Pulmonary Affections.A Lovely Young Lady cured of Consumption

ID* Tht' following is from the pen of Wm. IIL-vison, Esq., the distinguished editor of the US. Military and Naval Argus, under date NewYork. January '2G, 1850. H'hat could be moreconclusive ?

" It is seldom we permit ourselves to occnpja space in these columns to speak in praise of anyarticle in the patent mebicine way: but when wtsee the life of a fellow-creature saved by the use o;

any medicine whatever, we consider it as oui

right, it not our duty, to give a simple statemeniof facts, that others may, in like manner, be bene, fitted. The case which has induced us to penthis article was that ofa young lady ofour acquaintance, who by frequent exposure to the night aircontracted a Cold which settled on the Lungs be.fore its ravages could be stayed. (This occurredtwo years ago this winter) Various remedieswere used, but with very little effect or benefit..The Cough grew worse, with copious expectoraIlion, and the sunken eye, and pale, hollow cheekstold plainly that pulmonary disease was doing itsworst on her delicate frame. The family physi!ciiiu was consulted, and although he would not adjmil to the young lady that she really had the Con!sumption, yet he would give no encouragement as

to a cure. At this crisis her mother was persua-rl> t] to mane use or a oonie or i>r. uogerv v.oinpnirul Syrup of Liverwort and Tar, and we are

happy to state she was perfectly cured in less thanthree months t>y this medicine alone, alter even

hope was destroyed. It is useless to comment on

such a case as this, for the simple truth will reachwhere polished fiction never can. If any doublthe authenticity of this statement, let them call atthis office.. U. S. Military and Naval Argus, No.10 Chatham strrrt, N. Y.

Testimonies of the N. Y. Press.From ilie New York < ourier, Aug. 13, 1850.

IK Reeks' Syaup of Liverwort and Tak..!mv heard of several important cures recentIf-ciedhy this excellent medicinal preparation,

and in one instance that carne under our observation,we can speak confidently. One of our emiployves, who had suffered severely from a longstanding c«nd, during the past week commencedtin* use of this medicine, and his Cold has entirelyd -appeared.

From the New York Mirror, Sep. 2, 1850.Liverwort and Tak..Of the virtues of Dr.

It gers' Cough Medicines prepared from the abovearticles, tt is needless now toftpeak ; its efficacy inspeedily curing Coughs, Colds, and other lungcomplaints, which too frequently, if neglected, resuit in < Consumption, is too well established in pub|lie confidence to need eulogy now.
