• Unit features an overall height of just 11' 6".

• Lower center of gravity

• Increased stability

• Comfortably fit inside a standard 12' door

SINGLE ENGINE DESIGN

• Simple Operation. One switch located insidecab to engage drive system. Two dials at operator’sstation: One for vacuum; one for water

• Operating RPM of 1500, 15% lower operatingRPMs than competitors’ singleengine units.

WATER PUMP

• Rated design capacity of 100 GPM and 3000 PSIcontinuous duty

• Dual nitrogencharged accumulators withon/off valve. Accumulators equipped with valveto allow operators to selectively activate blockagebusting feature. One pound accumulator withoperating pressure from 800 to 1400 PSI. Twoand a half pound accumulator with operatingpressure from 1400 to 3000 PSI

• For serviceability, the water pump does not require removal from the unit chassis for maintenance or repair. Additionally, there is amaximum of three seals required for reassemblyof the pump.

WATER TANKS

• 6" inspection ports on top of each tank

• Replenish the 1500 gallon water supply in 10 minutes or less

FRONT MOUNTED HOSE REEL

• The reel has a capacity of 1000' of 1" hose; or 800' of 1 ¼" hose

• Plumbing from water pump to reel core is 1 ¼" for improved water flow efficiency

• A containment system consisting of a guardconstructed entirely of Lexan encloses the topquarter portion of the hose reel. The transparentcontainment system permits viewing of hosereel and sewer hose, while protecting the operator from hose burst or coupling failure.

FRONT CONTROL PANEL

• Simple operator controls

POWER BOOM

• The boom has 250° hydraulic worm gear rotation, lockable in any position with a verticallift of 21 feet (44°)

• The boom is capable of 3 feet (19°) downwardpivot from its horizontal position for quick andeasy removal of boom hose

• The boom lifting capacity is 1000 pounds

• The boom has a reach of 312 inches from centerline of unit. The hydraulic boom extensionis 8' and is a true telescoping tube inside of tubedesign which will extend and retract without affecting the vertical position of the workingend. • Quick and complete removal of any type ofpayload

• Less time at the dump site.

• In addition to the side controls, all unloadingfunctions can be operated with the wireless remote. This gives the operator complete control from any location around the unit.

• When unloading the unit where the front of thetruck is in a nose down position the forwardsection of the debris tank can raise 24" to assistin cleanout

SUPERPAK COMPACTION & DEWATERING

• With ejector unloading our unit has outstandingdebris/water separation for draining off excess liquid

• Stay on the job longer

• Less trips to the dumpsite

• Take drier loads to the dumpsite

• The plate holds solids on one side, allowing liquids to flow behind the plate where they canbe drained out using our 6" gravity drain located in the front section of the debris body.

• To speed up this dewatering process our SuperPak systems operates the ejector plate with the rear door closed, compacting the load andforcing liquid around the plate where it can bedrained out.

• After compaction and draining of excess liquidis complete, the ejector plate is returned to thehome position

• This compaction cycle can be repeated as oftenas necessary until a full load of solid material is obtained

TUBE STORAGE

• Storage for up to four (4) tubes on rear doorwith ratchet strap retainers.

• Curb side vertical tube racks to hold an additional six (6) tubes with ratchet strap retainers
