The concept is to arrange a variety of trend-setting concept restaurant stalls and a small market around a series of connected sit-down eating areas, ranging from informal to more formal in detail/usage. Market Kitchens is adjacent to a subway terminal access, and in the lower level of the Eaton Center.

As a way to differentiate new from old, all new construction would be clad in wood composite panel, giving the casino a clean modern, yet warm feeling.
