CONCLUSIONS

• The Geographic Information System (GIS) TGP ‐ Coga is used permanently for users,because it has updated and well organized. Due to the complicated our reality, we havewide variety of information which often can only be related spatially, GIS will thus facilitatethe user access to information from different areas and different types of information tofacilitate decision‐making accurately and quickly.

• Geographic Information Systems have become in recent years in an important andincreasingly necessary to manage information as well as for specific studies.

• The tools and functionality of GIS, allows us to display the spatial location of the high‐riskareas, allowing an integral analysis, identifying inside the area of influence of the system:village, river network, communities, location of facilities, roads , power lines, etc. that arerelated to pipeline integrity management

• Geodatabase based on the APDM data model may be applicable to any PipelineTransportation System to facilitate data management and ensuring that assessments ofrisk and integrity management are made on reliable information and efficient way.
