#BeLike ConnorCamp Counsellor USA“Camp is amazing, people here are so friendly and the scenery is out of this world. It is definitely one of the most beautiful states in America, not only said by me, but by the Americans too

Doing Summer Camp in America is definitely something one should look at doing as a gap year before studies as it opens up your mind, let's you explore the world and see what other countries do instead of just being stuck in one country and not experiencing it for yourself. Travelling is an experience of a lifetime and it's amazing just to get be able to work overseas as well.”

“Back in SA after an Amazing Summer” - Rowan

The ability to spend time with the children and act silly, sing Camp songs, teach the

children about my culture, learn new things and affect change, has made my summer here in the United States unforgettable. I

loved all of it and I was voted the best female Counsellor this year – Musa

Page 5: Camp America

The first session was really great, I had 6 11year old girls who were very sweet and enthusiastic, and we had a lot of fun doing horse riding, going to the lake, making ice cream, spending time in the art barn, and

even having a mud fight on one of the coldest, rainiest days of the summer! -

Nicole

I am doing great! Enjoying camp so much, a little sad that it's nearly over though! Camp is pretty much what I expected and I love it!! - Brittany
