In addition to counselors, camp also has an on-site Camp Nurse.

CIT Program:The Counselor in Training program is for anyone ages 14 and up who has a desire to work with youth in a group setting. This program will focus on developing and enhancing valuable leadership traits in a fun and safe environment. Through interactive trainings, team building activities and hands on learning experience, CITs will gain work readiness skills while participating in outdoor camp fun! As part of the CIT program, interested teens will be asked to complete an application and pre-camp interview.

Inclusion Support Services:Kamp Connections is open to the community and campers of all abilities. Through its comprehensive programming and services, the Kelberman Center is able to provide support services to campers with special needs. One of these support services is smaller staff to child ratios, 1:1 or 1:3. When completing the registration form, you can select the smaller staff to child ratio option, which will then prompt you to complete an individualized camper profi le. This will help us match your child with appropriate staffi ng to make the camp experience the best that it can be! While we do have 1:1 support staff available, they are limited and available on a fi rst come, fi rst serve basis. For more information, please contact [email protected].
