Newmarket School District and SAU #31 is accepting sealed bids for the sale of surplus Tech Ed shop equipment.
Equipment Schedule:
Qty of 2: Jet DC-1100VX-CK Dust Collector 1.5HP 1PH 115/230-Volt 2-Micron Canister Kit (one year old)
Qty of 1: Old Briggs and Stratton Small Engine repair kit
Qty of 1: Hitachi chop saw
Qty of 1: Jet floor model band saw JWBS-14CS
Qty of 1: Jet floor model band saw JWBS-120S
The equipment is being sold as is and where is with no express or implied warranties. The equipment should be considered nonoperational as Newmarket School District SAU #31 cannot guarantee the function, safety, or operational condition of the equipment. It is a responsibility of the purchaser to remove purchased equipment with no aid from the Newmarket School District employees. Access to the equipment for removal will be granted once the Newmarket School Board has accepted the bid and the equipment selected is paid in full by the purchaser. The equipment shall be based on the singular item pricing and not as a package pricing.
Newmarket School District and SAU #31 shall take no responsibility for the condition of the equipment, operating condition, damages to the equipment by purchaser removal. The Newmarket School District and SAU #31 will allow viewing of the items based on requested schedule only and the equipment shall not be operated, it can only be viewed.

All requests for viewing shall be scheduled through the Newmarket Facilities office. At no time will inspection of the equipment be conducted during school hours, authorized by or through the JR/SR High School, and allowed without a Facilities Department authorized representative.
Failure to comply with these conditions will forfeit your right to submit a bid.
