The One CAN Initiative

The aim of the One CAN Initiative is to develop a model of cooperation across nodes and members on the international and national level, in order to implement CAN’s new global strategy developed by its members.

• A common strategic planning process for all nodes and members

• Every year, CAN will develop a set of key objectives

• CAN Nodes will need to coordinate together in order to ensure that these key objectives are reached

• CAN Nodes will strive to reach a level of organizational development that is adequate to achieve above objectives

• CAN International will develop a specific department to assist nodes in their organizational development
