The Great Ontario-Hopped Craft Beer CompetitionCheck out the 6th annual Great ontario-Hopped Craft Beer Competition (GoHCBC) forging new relationships between ontario’s hop growers and brewers as they showcase unique, locally grown hops and brews at Canada’s premier horticultural event.

Join us on Wednesday, February 21 in ballroom C from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Watching the competition is a great way to learn while listening to the judges discuss each entry. Check out the hops display and experience the numerous amazing characteristics of actual ontario grown hops. this year’s featured style of beer is Black iPa.

Young Farmer Forumthis event is a great way to connect with young farmers (40 and under) from across the province while enjoying refreshments and featured speaker, agriculture advocate andrew Campbell of Fresh air media. thursday at 11:45 in Ballroom a. open to oFvC registered attendees only. seating is limited.

Cider and Hard Cider Tasting Competitionontario is home to some of the best ciders in the world. Join us in the beautiful Port Colborne lounge where the best producers go head-to-head for the right to claim supremacy. Judging and sampling takes place on Wednesday, February 21 in the port Colborne Lounge (2nd floor) from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
