٠ If your order is placed by 11:00 a.m. E.S.T. it should be shipped within two - three business days. Please allow one

additional business day during high volume periods.

٠ Orders are processed on a first come first served basis, unless extenuating circumstances occur.

Backorders & Special Orders ٠ We do our best to keep ample stock of all items that are ordered on a regular basis. If an item is not in stock it will be

noted on your invoice as a backorder and will be automatically ordered for you.

٠ Please let us know if you wish to cancel a backordered item so stock will be available for other customers.

٠ When your backordered item becomes available, it will be shipped with your next regular order (with your approval).

If you haven’t placed a new order, we’ll give you a call for shipping instructions and any additions.

Pricing ٠ We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices in our catalogues may very from the time of printing due

to agricultural and market fluctuations beyond our control.

Credit Terms & Payment Options ٠ Acceptable payment options are check and COD (check or cash upon delivery) and COD Net 30.

٠ Terms of net 30 days are extended to accounts in good standing and with approved credit.

٠ All first time orders will be shipped COD with all shipping charges waived (as a warm welcome to the family).

Returns ٠ Products will be accepted for return within 90 days of invoice date and with original documentation. After 90 days, a

20% restocking charge may apply if acceptable for credit.

٠ Returns must be in new, unopened and re-sellable condition with all price tags clearly removed.

٠ Please make arrangements with the office before returning any item – all returns must be accompanied with an RMA

authorization number upon arrival to our facility.
