GENERAL INFORMATIONThe College of Dentistry will make every reasonable effort to assure that requested continuing education programs are provided, but assume no liability for failure to deliver beyond the refunding of any fees paid to The University of Iowa. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Fees paid will be refunded less a $45 per person processing fee following notice of cancellation. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after the course begins. For registrations charged to your credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If insufficient enrollment necessitates canceling a course, all fees will be refunded.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT/RECORD KEEPING: CEU verification will be provided via email only for those individuals completing/submitting a CEU card at the completion of the program. Credit will be appropriately adjusted for those individuals who do not attend the entire program. All attendees are encouraged to submit a CEU card which will ensure that a letter documenting attendance will be sent following the program via email.

play in peri-implant health, stability, and esthetics (Barwacz). · Properly use new universal adhesives and bulk fill materials in a clinical practice (Vargas). · Know what is interesting about sleep medicine and what is necessary to incorporate dental sleep medicine into a

general practice (Parker). · Be able to look at the patient’s past and present medical or oral health histories to determine the risk of rapid oral

health deterioration in the elderly (Hartshorn). · To familiarize the clinician with Invisalign treatment limitations (Parks).
