How to access the Candidate Deletion page

The Candidate Deletion option is stored within the Privacy Panel.
To access the Privacy Panel; log in as Superadmin, click on the Settings tab and then on the Privacy Panel tab below. Click on Candidate Deletion to access the controls.
Here you can set support regions which allow you to specify which Broadbean office locations can support your needs in your local time zone
This is where you access the Data Retention settings

To remove candidates from all Broadbean products (Aplitrak and Talent Search) you must enter the full candidate email address in the space provided.
If entering multiple email addresses you can do so using commas, spaces, semicolons or on a new line altogether.
You can also drag and drop or copy and paste email addresses if preferred
Please check the email addresses carefully before you click the Delete Candidates button.

Step 1:Once you click the Delete Candidates button you will immediately be prompted to check you are sure with your selection
If you Cancel at this stage it will return you to the previous screen
If you Delete this will push through your request
Step 2:Once you click Delete our system will scan to ensure that all email addresses include the @ symbol (along with other criteria such as checking for special characters, .XX and the .com etc.)
Any incorrect formats will be highlighted in orange for your attention
If you Go Back this will return you to the beginning
If you Continue anyway this will complete your request

You can view the email addresses marked for deletion here – use the toggle icon to move to ascending / descending order
You can view the time and date the deletion request was made here
You can view when the deletion was updated here
You can view the Status here: you will see either In Progress, Deleted or Not Found
You can search for candidate email addresses here

You can view the deletion summary bar along the top which highlights deletions In Progress, Deleted and those Not FoundWe will only keep deletion records of the last 60 days only
