PROJECT PORTFOLIO STI SP001 Inspections on 80 ASTs at USMC Miramar and 240 ASTs at MCAGCC 29 Palms - ASTs include diesel tanks, generators, used oil, hydraulic fluid, anti-freeze, and cooking oil tanks. Repair recommendations for safety and compliance were included. Provided SPCC and Business Plan reviews. Title 22 Assessments and PE Certifications for 60 Hazardous Waste

Tanks for US Navy - NAWS China Lake. Projects included tank closure documents for 10 tanks at film laboratory and repair designs for secondary containment upgrades. Installed cathodic protection at Fire Science Oil Water Separator. Provided pipeline repair and seismic upgrade designs to bring tank systems into compliance. Reviewed design drawings and documents, and provided recommendations for several new tank system projects to be built in compliance with Title 22.

SPCC Tank Integrity Testing on 21 Tanks using STI SP001 Tank Inspection Protocol and SPCC Plan Review and Amendment Preparation for Solar Turbines - San Diego. SPCC integrity testing also included ultrasonic thickness exams. Provided SPCC Plan review, updates, and amendments. Provided repair designs for emergency vents and tank spacing.

Title 22 Assessments and PE Certifications for Over 400 Hazardous Waste Pipeline and Tank Systems at NBSD, NAB, NASNI, NBPL, and

FRCSW for US Navy - San Diego/ Shaw Environmental/ CB&I Federal Services, LLC/A.O. Reed/Ben C. Gerwick Inc./ NES, LLC/ HPS Mechanical. Provided repair designs and construction management for over 100 repair projects at US Navy bases in San Diego including: oily waste pipeline replacement at NAB, interior and exterior coating

projects at all bases, secondary containment repairs, pipeline leak detection replacement at NBSD, tank replacement at NASNI, tank removal and closures, new pipelines at NBSD Pier Nos. 10 and 12, cathodic protection installation at all US Navy bases, seismic retrofits at NASNI, and API 653 and AWWA tank welding and doubler plate repairs at NBC, NBSD, NBPL, and NAB. Provided SPCC reviews and amendments. SPCC Tank Integrity Testing using STI SP001 Tank Inspection Protocol and SPCC Plan preparation for Granite Construction, Joe's Paving, T-Mobile, City of San Diego, Wilkes Solutions, Customs and Border Patrol, and California Asphalt for diesel, asphalt, and hydraulic fluid tanks. Provide some SPCC Plans and amendments and deficiency repair recommendations for all.
