We are a competent and experienced site maintenance company for industrial and

mining sites.

As a specialist provider, we are present for entire planning process addressing issues

and queries from previous jobs can be rectified and streamlined. This allows us to

eliminate any unforeseen issues or downtime, keeping our sites as efficient as

possible.

By taking part in shutdown reviews we have been able to streamline our quality and

labour skill set to provide an efficient, motivated and self-managing labour service

that has experience on a variety of sites.

Above all, safety is at the heart of everything we do. We implement an innovative

cyclical safety and task reviews, ensuring we have one of the top - if not the best -

safety records in our industry.

Shutdown Supervision

One of the keys to executing a quality and safe shutdown is the Supervisors leading the work force. Nadalo provide experienced supervisors with all labour that goes to

site. Our supervisors ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and within the executable timeline, all while keeping the safety of our team and others at the

head of every task.

Shutdown Management

A safe, efficient and quality shutdown is a direct reflection of the management.

Nadalo can provide a maintenance shutdown team to manage your shut down

from any point. With the knowledge and experience of multiple shutdowns under

our belt we can manage your shut from the beginning of the planning process

through to the execution and final review. We are stringent at each point of the

preparation process, ensuring

all milestones are achieved on time and an efficient shutdown is executed. It is

essential to have an effective review to identify and rectify any issues and

streamline the process.

A major component to the success of a shutdown or any maintenance task is quality

planning and scheduling. Through our experience carrying out shutdowns we have gained

extensive knowledge of the importance of correct planning

and a strict schedule. Delivering an executable schedule allows

our supervisors and work teams to complete tasks safely and to a

high-quality standard.

Trained and Competent Labour

For over 10 years our team has been a safe, quality, self managed labour force,

trained and competent to complete our customers onsite maintenance

needs. Through repeat exposure to these maintenance projects, our crew is

proficient at many onsite maintenance and shutdown tasks. Unlike general labour

hire, we ensure that we have an assigned leading hand with every crew that goes to

any site. This ensures a closed loop for all task and administrative requirements. Our

Safety Statement

NADALO believe that safety is the foundation for quality work and productivity. Safety is at the heart of

everything we do. Our customers trust us to manage projects safely. We strive to improve quality and

performance with each new project and identify hazards so that controls can be put in place in the future. We

strive to eliminate all workplace injuries and illnesses through a focus on behaviours, leadership and risk

management, which is clearly outlined in our safety management plan.
