Management profilesPaul Stow Managing Director As a fourth generation Stow, Paul is personally committed to not only maintain but exceed Stows’

level of service. Working his way up to the top of the organisation, Paul has had over 30 years’ experience in the Waste Industry from a field operator to Managing Director, Paul's waste consulting and solutions are second to none.

Imran Darwiche Operations Manager Imran holds over 15 years’ experi-ence in the transport and waste industry, with a Bachelors of

Business majoring in Transport and Logistics, Imran oversees the general business and opera-tions at Stows, he encourages and leads the team at Stows to carry out the highest level of service providing satisfaction for the business and clients.

Hannah Stewart Operations Supervisor Hannah has over 6 years’ experience in the water and sewer infrastructure services industry

and 4 years in waste management. Currently completing her Bachelors of Business majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, she holds strong scheduling and client communication skills. Hannah oversees daily operations at Stows.

Shirley Elton Administration Manager Shirley has over 30 years’ experience in business administration. Shirley oversees

the general accounts, company and client compliance at Stows. Shirley is dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Operating under a certified Quality Management System ensures that customers can expect a focused and consistent service. Safe Work Method Statements are developed for each site. Safety is at the forefront of Stows and every team member ensure the highest level of safety for all involved.

EnvironmentWaste is disposed of at EPA licenced treatment plants across Melbourne, always focused on minimising environmental impact. No waste is diverted to landfill. All greasy waste is 100% recycled. Stows Waste Management pride themselves on continually researching innovative environmental solutions.

FleetThe state-of-the-art fleet comprises of 10 customised bulk liquid vacuum tankers, 2 hook lift vehicles, a 22-pallet drop deck and 2 custom designed low clearance vehicles.

All new vehicles are compliant with Euro5 emission standards. A risk assessment and hazard analysis are current on each vacuum tanker to ensure complete OH&S compliance, all vehicles are EPA licensed and permitted to transport prescribed wastes.
