Training for Female Artisans on theProcesses of Production and Quality

Beginning the activity with the connection of the energiesof the universe and welcoming the new day.
This is how we began the workshop,
welcoming the women with smiles and happiness.
The women, learning about different markets, both popular and exclusive, with the use of participative activities.
Strategic units of business using the frame workthe BCG model
Each one of the groups of female articsans analyzed their products. The best products wererepresented as if they were stars. The milk cows generated quite a bit of money, the dogsrepresented the prodcuts that didn’t sell well in the market and were of low quality. Thosethat were unknown the women decided to improve or eliminate them from the market.
The female artisans define their mission and refine theirvision towards social responsibility.

Codifying products, attaching tickets, and registeringproducts in the inventory.
The artisans remodeled the products exhibit in the store like an exclusive Fair Trade store.
After various days of work, thewomen hung the products in thestore that met with the agreed uponstandards.
