Testing, Final Testing & Auditing

RAW MATERIAL INSPECTIONThe characteristics of the BOPP film like Thickness, Corona Level and Breakdown Voltage are tested on the samples from raw material that are supplied by highly reputed manufacturers from Japan & Germany.

IN-PROCESS INSPECTIONAll production processes are done in highly Automated Equipment. Regular calibration of all equipment's are carried out. All capacitor elements are processed and short cleared in Automatic Machines.

FINAL INSPECTIONLoss Factor and Capacitance of each component is tested. The other aspects like Cleanliness, Print Quality, Lead Length and Tags are also checked in visual inspection.

FINAL AUDITRe-checking is done on the samples drawn from fully checked finished goods. We conduct last and final testing of capacitors on different testing machines in our lab by taking a sample from each lot of capacitors manufactured.

Consistent Quality is assured at every stage of production. Statistical Sampling Techniques are
