So in the eleventh hour when the specified floor for Capitol Hill Day School had complications, our rep turned to Eco-Clicks Cork. Acknowledging it was nothing like the product originally specified, he suggested it to Perkins Eastman, Capitol Hill Day School and the contractor. Why?? Eco-Clicks Cork is glueless and could be installed in spite of substrate concerns and it allows for immediate usage after installation. It is cork on cork so it is quiet and provided the acoustics requirements. Since Capri stocks Eco-Clicks Cork in our PA warehouse, it was readily available to meet the installation schedule. As illustrated by the photos, the cork compliments the other finishes in the space and is finished with a water-based urethane that is resistent to wear, impact damage and scratching. It is flooring well suited to activities of the students at the school. Eco-Clicks Cork plank size is 12” x 36” x 7/16” (nominal) and is offered in 15 colors/patterns, all stocked in Lititz, PA.
