CHOOSING THE RIGHT DIAMOND BLADE

Four important questions for choosing the right diamond blade:

Which material?The range of Carat diamond blades is subdivided into 5 colours that clearly indicate their application:

UNIVERSAL, VARIOUS STONE MATERIALSDiamond blades suited for alternate cutting of medium hard to hard stone. This saves time because there is no need to swap diamond blades when sawing diffe-rent types of stone.

CONCRETE, HARD STONE MATERIALSIdeal for sawing (reinforced) concrete, pebble dashed concrete tiles, concrete blocks, granite, paving bricks and all other hard to very hard types of stone.

BRICK, ASPHALTFor sawing soft, abrasive types of stone such as brick, limestone, asphalt, concrete younger than 28 days, etc.

TILES, NATURAL STONEFor sawing wall and floor tiles as well as natural stone such as marble and granite. The narrow opening between segments or the continuous rim guarantees a chip less cut.

What is Diatex?When producing these segments the dia-monds are placed like in a matrix. The distance between each diamond is identi-cal and they are stacked in layers throughout the segment. After wearing one layer off, an entirely new layer will appear. Due to this process, each diamond is 100% utilised and the blade is sharp its whole life. Resulting in a significant increased lifespan and blade speed.

Terms and conditions of sale

1. All transactions will take place in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale and sup-ply, which are filed at the office of the Chamber of Commerce in Breda, under number 2287. Agreements derogating from the terms and conditions of sale and supply will only bind us insofar as these have been concluded in writing by us and will only apply to the transaction concerned.

2. All agreements concluded by our representati-ves, arrangements made by them, promises or statements made, orally or in writing, will only bind us insofar as confirmed by us in writing.

3. Our offers and prices, also those which are lis-ted in official lists, are always without obligation on our part. If, in particular, after the concluding of the purchase agreement, changes occur in cost price, due to wage increases, increase of material prices, exchange changes or otherwi-se, we will be entitled to charge these changes on subject to stating the cause.

4. All prices are calculated including packaging, excluding VAT and disposal contribution and set in Euro, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The freight costs of invoices above Euro 136.- will be on our account. Orders below Euro 136.- will be charged with freight handling fees.

5. Products delivered by us, which do not comply with the requirements and/or tolerances set for this by drawing or standard, will, if the purcha-ser can demonstrate that this product (these products) as a result thereof cannot be used by him, be taken back, replaced or credited by us.

6. The risk of the bought goods will be on the account of the purchaser from the time that the goods leave our company.

7. The obligation to deliver will lapse in all events of force majeure, of whatsoever nature, inclu-ding job strike and failure to fulfil obligations by our suppliers. We do not accept any liability for compensation of damage arisen through late delivery. Late delivery can only in mutual con-

sultation result in the cancellation of an order.8. We do not accept any contractual liability what-

soever for damage in whatsoever form, arisen through shortcomings or deviations of materials or performance, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. However, we are pre-pared to transfer any rights of claim against our suppliers to the purchaser.

9. Complaints must take place in writing within 14 days after receipt of the goods, in the absence of which the right thereto will lapse.

10. Payment must take place net within 30 days from the invoice date. The purchaser will be in default through the single expiry of the payment term without the requirement of a demand or notice of default. In case of payment within 8 days, a 2% payment discount may be deduc-ted.

11. In case of exceeding of the payment term we retain the right to charge interest over the amount that was paid late of 1% per calendar month or part thereof. All judicial and/or extraju-dicial costs, incurred for the collection of our claim and to be set at at least 20% of our claim, will be on the account of the purchaser.

12. We expressly retain the ownership of the delivered goods until payment in full has taken place. The purchaser is obliged, on first de-mand, to return the goods not paid for to us, and hereby authorises us or those whom we appoint for this purpose, to enter the place whe-re the goods are stored and to take the goods away.

13. Disputes ensuing from the purchase agree-ment or related thereto, will be submitted to court of competent jurisdiction in Breda.

14. Unless expressly made apparent by client or ourselves in a separate letter, it will be deemed that purchasers fully agree to our conditions of sale, instead of any purchase conditions of purchasers.
