Step 1: Activate your cardActivate your Mukuru Card by depositing or EFTing at least R100 into your Card.

• Dial *130*567#• Select “Mukuru Card”• Enter the 8 digit number on the front of your card• Enter a 4 digit PIN• Confirm your 4 digit PIN• Your 4-digit Wallet PIN is used to get access to your money and make purchases on your phone.

Step 2: Memorise your 5 digit Card PINMemorise your 5 digit Card PIN number. Never write it down. You use this PIN when swiping and withdrawing at retailers.

Step 3: Setup your 4 digit Wallet PINYou need to set a PIN on the USSD menu (*130*567#)to keep your cash safe. You will use this PIN every time you transact on your phone.
