Membership Renewal2020 Annual Fee Options Golf, Carts, Range, and FootGolf – Check All That Apply

The Annual Green Fee Player program (AGF) at Cardinal Creek is a special fee. The program is for 12 months. The AGF programs starts the month you start and runs for the next 12 months. There is no set calendar

cycle, you may start in November and finish 12 months the next November. You may pay 100% at the beginning of your program and save on your fees or elect to make 12 equal “automatic” installments, one each

month for the next 12 months. Early termination may be approved by proof of PCS travel orders, retirement orders, or recommendation by unit commander. After the first month, a recurring manual payment is

not authorized unless approved by waiver thru the 375 FSS/CC. Unless paying 100% at the beginning, a valid credit card is required and the authorization must be signed below, to obtain AGF player status.

W henever I think about all the years I have spent playing golf, I can't

believe how differently I looked at the game after I joined a weekly league. It fundamentally changed the way I played, how I thought about my game, and how much enjoyment I get out of it. A golf league may not be for everyone, but here are 4 great reasons why you should consider joining.

You Will Play More Golf

You Will Play Better If you have confidence in your game, and even if you don't, the one thing that you can be sure of is the simple act of playing more will improve your game. This especially goes for the one round a month or less type of golfer. More than that, when you play in competition your focus improves, and you now have goals when you are on the course. You think more strategically about your game and your decision making. Over time you do more of the little things well. In short, you will get better by playing more often in competition.

I remember my first season of league golf. I committed to getting out 10 times that season, and by the time I had finished the first few months of play I had already been out 8 times. That was 3 more times than I had played the entire year before. Why? In league play there is just more reasons to play every week. First, the competition in league play brings an added level of motivation to get out and play. Recognition from other golfers when you finish atop the leaderboard is great, but what really got me out more often was all the new opportunities to play with a much larger group of people. Any time I wanted to play a round of golf, I could, thanks to my golf league.

You Will Build Friendships

You Will Have More Fun I love the old saying that "a bad day of golf beats a good day at the office." This is never more true than in league play. We are taught as children that competition offers the opportunity to learn and improve at whatever sport we are playing. So even if I'm losing, sometimes badly, I get much more out of the round than with just a casual game. Besides, I relish the likely abuse I'll get afterwards and if you play league golf, you will too.

Camaraderie is one of the biggest reasons I play league golf. The time honored tradition of discussing your round with the golfers you played with and the good natured banter about both successes and failures gets better with more friends and league mates in attendance. Let's face it, the shared experience of a golf game can bring together people who otherwise would not have anything in common. The camaraderie of a good golf league may be the best reason to play in one.

Nearly 70% of the game of golf is played from within 50 yards of the hole. This area is the “Scoring Zone” or “Red Zone.” The quickest and most effective way to consistently lower your score is by improving your short game in the “Red Zone.” Your short game includes putting, chipping, finesse wedge and bunker play. You will learn the proper fundamentals to perform the shots, as well as, effective practice techniques and drills to reinforce.

After three hours of instruction, video and practice, you will take your new skills directly to the course for 9 holes. The class maintains a max. 4 to 1 student to teacher ratio to maximize the learning experience. Students receive evaluation forms and a complete study guide.

This three week class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have developed a “state of the art” Golfer Development Instructional Program. Junior golf programs bring the game of golf to your child. Golf is a fun and healthy activity the whole family can enjoy together. Golf teaches social skills and values such as self-discipline, commitment and cooperation that carry over into every aspect of a child’s life.

This 4 day class is more intense and practice is taken more seriously than in our Little Linksters and Tee Level Classes. The course meets for 3.5 hours a day and covers all aspects of golf. The instruction is more serious and practice more intense than in any other Junior golf program. This instruction will prepare a junior golfer for competitive golf. In this level students will play on the course most class days. Class size is limited to ensure personalized attention. Four sessions to meet everyone’s busy schedule.
